The Service is organized around tenant organizations. When you sign up you create (or join) one organization, and each organization has one or more members. Organization admins are responsible for the accounts, seats, and data under their organization, including inviting and removing members. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the Service;
• use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• interfere with the Service’s operation, security, or other customers’ use of it;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

Roof Guru is offered on a subscription basis. New organizations start with a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the then-current rates. Subscriptions renew on a recurring basis until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your organization settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own the data you put into Roof Guru — estimates, jobs, customer records, pricing, and everything else. We process that data only to provide and improve the Service, and you can export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a material change that reduces core functionality, we’ll provide reasonable advance notice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or expose the Service or other customers to risk. On termination we’ll provide a reasonable window for you to export your data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Roof Guru helps you estimate and manage roofing work, but you’re responsible for the accuracy of pricing, measurements, and decisions you make using it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShirePath Solutions’ total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify active organizations by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
